Brand Marketing Manager (Dutch market) (all genders)
As a Brand Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing, managing, and executing creative, cross-media brand marketing strategies and campaigns for a variety of brands in the Netherlands. You help our clients take their brands to the next level by combining strategic thinking with a sharp eye for trends, inspiring and engaging diverse target audiences.
You are a source of ideas, a strategic advisor, and a hands-on executor all in one. You excel at developing and delivering 360° marketing campaigns across all relevant channels, always with the goal of making brands more visible, relevant, and successful. You also know how to present your concepts, strategies, and results in a compelling and persuasive way.
Please note that this job requires native-level Dutch and is based in Berlin or Amsterdam, with regular travel between both offices.
For this position, we offer a gross annual salary between €40,800 and €57,600 (based on a 40-hour work week).

What you'll love about this role
- Developing brand concepts, brand strategies, and positioning for our clients.
- Planning and managing integrated 360° campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, newsletters, content, and paid media.
- Creating and executing content and social media strategies that align with the brand and its target audience.
- Coordinating and managing influencer campaigns and partnerships.
- Developing and expanding newsletter and CRM marketing concepts.
- Analyzing and optimizing campaigns based on KPIs.
- Preparing and presenting concepts, campaign strategies, and performance reports during client presentations.
- Collaborating closely with our Performance Marketing and Data teams.
Why this role fits you
- At least 2 years of experience in brand marketing.
- A strong understanding of digital brands, content trends, and storytelling.
- Knowledge of and experience in social media marketing, influencer management, email marketing, and content marketing.
- A creative mindset with an excellent feel for target audiences, trends, and storytelling.
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both online and offline.
- Dutch native speaker, fluent in English. German is an advantage.

Fair salary and transparent terms
- You’ll receive a fair and transparent salary based on the Baarda remuneration model, aligned with your contribution;
- Amsterdam: 25 vacation days plus 8% holiday allowance;
- Berlin: 28 vacation days;
