Job Description

As the Head of Service Product Management you will drive the product management function for IGT Systems’ IB Solutions business, with full accountability for the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) portfolio including OneSpace Insights across portfolio strategy, creation, and execution. You will also serve as a key ambassador of Philips’ partnership‑first approach, using AI‑driven customer insights to strengthen lifecycle value, sharpen decision‑making, and expand our business.

Your role:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end CLV business, shaping service strategy, product roadmap, and launching value propositions enriched by AI‑driven insights.
  • Apply predictive models and customer data platforms to surface revenue opportunities, churn risks, and CLV growth drivers.
  • Convert AI‑generated insights into differentiated service value propositions, pricing strategies, and go‑to‑market motions.
  • Ensure cross‑functional integration. Partner with data science, IT, and commercial teams to embed analytics into service operations and customer engagement workflows.
  • Drive evidence‑based decision‑making within marketing, grounded in customer behavior and operational performance metrics.
  • Expand adoption of OneSpace Insights within the OneSpace ecosystem, transforming system, dose, and utilization data into meaningful customer actions.
  • Strengthen digital strategy and business model execution by using CLV‑based insights to improve sales performance and accelerate service adoption.
  • Work with analytics platforms to surface customer behavior patterns, service utilization, and satisfaction trends in near real time.
  • Lead partnership efforts supporting IGTS NPIs and continuously develop team capabilities for high‑performance service delivery.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing technology working in life cycle solutions in a healthcare, or MedTech products.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience with a track record of leading direct reports across cross-functional, international teams.
  • Experience in crafting customized value propositions, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth particularly in lifecycle management and recurring-revenue contexts.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex customer data and translate insights into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proven ownership of a portfolio or business P&L, ideally covering both service and digital or software-enabled propositions such as data and insights offerings.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €[ 93,049]–€[ 155,081]. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for 6% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. Benefits include hybrid working, paid time-off, health and wellbeing benefits, learning and development opportunities.
