Are you an experienced maintenance professional with a passion for planning, continuous improvement, and working across multiple breweries? Do you enjoy driving standardization, improving maintenance processes, and collaborating with stakeholders across an international organization? Then this could be your next step.

As a Maintenance Planner, you will support breweries across the HEINEKEN cluster. Internally, this role is known as the Shared Support Hub Maintenance Processes & Planning Specialist (MPAPS). You will support breweries across the HEINEKEN cluster by coordinating long-term and major maintenance planning, improving maintenance processes, and building planning capabilities across our operating companies. Working closely with brewery teams, suppliers, S&OP stakeholders, and reliability experts, you will help ensure maintenance activities are planned effectively, resources are aligned, and downtime is optimized.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in creating alignment across breweries and driving excellence in maintenance planning and governance.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating 3-year, >1-year, and major maintenance planning across multiple HEINEKEN breweries based on HACS and CMMS maintenance plans;
  • Aligning maintenance windows, supplier capacity, and strategic resources across operating companies to optimize business performance;
  • Driving continuous improvement of maintenance planning processes, standards, and governance in line with TPM principles;
  • Supporting R&M budgeting, lifecycle asset management, and CAPEX planning in partnership with brewery and reliability teams;
  • Leading the tactical agenda for improving supplier performance, service levels, and maintenance cost efficiency;
  • Coordinating maintenance KPI reporting, benchmarking, and performance analysis across breweries;
  • Supporting brewery maintenance teams in capability development, CMMS optimization, and the adoption of maintenance planning best practices.

Who You Are

You are a strong planner and influential stakeholder manager who thrives in a complex international environment. You understand how maintenance, reliability, planning, and business performance come together and know how to connect people and processes to achieve results.

Furthermore, you bring:

  • A technical education at bachelor's level or equivalent through experience;
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling;
  • A strong engineering or maintenance background, preferably within FMCG or a multi-site manufacturing environment;
  • Experience with maintenance management systems such as SAP PM, EAM, Maximo, or similar platforms;
  • Proven experience working on complex projects and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills;
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:

  • Driven by continuous improvement and operational excellence;
  • Comfortable working in a changing and international environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
  • A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across functions;
  • Passionate about sharing knowledge and developing capabilities in others.

If you are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply. It is not a problem if you do not meet every requirement. You may bring valuable experience and perspectives that we have not yet considered. If you are eager to learn and continue developing yourself, you could be a great fit for this role.

What’s in it for you

  • A gross monthly salary between €5.772 and €7.421 based on your experience.
  • Start with a one-year contract, with the chance for a permanent role.
  • Plenty of vacation time: enjoy 26 vacation days per year, plus 11.5 additional leave days.
  • A strong pension plan: at HEINEKEN, we contribute 2/3 of your pension, so you can build a secure future while doing meaningful work.
