About the role

At Reckitt, our Traineeship Program is designed to provide you the opportunity to learn, grow and outperform in a competitive and motivating environment.

Each role is part of a defined team where you will support the Procurement team in the execution of strategies and buying activities related to the given categories of spend.

This may include activities such as spend analysis, commodity risk management, benchmarking, supplier management, tendering, supplier negotiation, risk analysis, stakeholder management, project coordination, supporting the financial forecasting and budgeting process, roll-out of digital tools, and support for the sustainability program.

You will perform these tasks under the supervision and coaching of your manager and the procurement team. You will be expected to build relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, deliver projects in line with targets, and contribute to delivering the company ambition.

What we ask

  • Availability for a minimum of 6 months with start date in H2 2026
  • Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
  • Ability to work in a truly global organisation and fast-moving, result-driven environment
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
