Are you looking for an internship in the performing arts starting in January/February 2027? Then ISH might be the right place for you. ISH brings hip-hop dance and urban sports to the theatre, combining these disciplines with traditional art forms such as ballet, theatre and classical music. The collective creates work for a broad, young and diverse audience and invests in a new generation of makers and performers.
The internship will mainly focus on the productions Till Death Do Us Part (or Not), a co-production with Amsterdam Sinfonietta, Rhythm & Flow, DJANGAN! and a new large-scale co-production with Dutch National Ballet. Our production team is looking for an enthusiastic Production Intern / Production Assistant Intern starting in January/February 2027.

What will you do?
You will become part of ISH’s production team. The team consists of a Head of Production, Production Manager, International Tour Manager and freelance Company Manager(s). You will be involved in the production of both large- and small-scale performances. You will also contribute to our talent development programmes and support our education and community activities.
