You’ll work with a pan-European team to support a single, streamlined supply chain service across TUI Group Airlines, drive operational excellence across the network, and contribute to the experience of 20 million customers worldwide.
This position is offered on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract and will require a successful background security check. This position is offered on a hybrid working model with 2-3 days per week in the office, plus airport visits as needed.

About the job
- You'll manage third-party contracted services to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence across the board.
- You'll drive operational cost efficiencies and work to achieve KPI and customer satisfaction targets.
- You'll oversee local supply chain operations, ensuring effective delivery of goods and handling short-notice requirements that keep operations running smoothly.
- You'll support service, product, and seasonal changes to keep the offering fresh and aligned with customer needs.
- Travel will be part of your role, sometimes at short notice, to test onboard catering processes and support ad-hoc flights.
- You'll conduct monitoring activities by visiting aircraft and service suppliers, reviewing SLAs, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
About you
- Proven experience in supply chain coordination, aviation operations, or catering and product management is required.
- Experience coordinating complex operations is important, including maintaining effective monitoring procedures, anticipating problems, and working with service partners to resolve issues before they impact performance.
- You embrace new technologies, think in a data-driven way, and actively seek opportunities to improve and innovate operational processes.
- A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in logistics or aviation.
- You'll form part of the on-call team, so 24/7 availability on a 3-4 week cycle is necessary.
- Holding a category B driving licence is essential for this role.
- You respond efficiently to complex challenges or crises and remain composed under pressure.
- Cultural sensitivity matters, especially if you've worked as part of a pan-European team and with worldwide service suppliers.
- You're fluent in English and Dutch, with French being a valuable addition. Additional language skills and cultural awareness are always welcome.
