Kadex Care Home Automation develops safety-oriented solutions for the healthcare sector. Our technology is widely used in nursing homes, care for the disabled, mental health institutions and hospitals.
The position
As a technically oriented Support Employee/Engineer, you are responsible for analyzing and solving complex issues of our partners.
Your tasks:
- You analyze and solve technical support questions
- You troubleshoot issues within software, configurations and links
- You support partners with implementations and integrations
- You reproduce and document bugs for the development team
- You read and analyze logs and error messages
- You advise partners on optimal use of our software
- You contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
- You think along with us about structural improvements to our solutions
Who are you?
- You have strong analytical skills
- You are technically skilled and solution-oriented
- You have HBO working and thinking level, preferably in IT
- You have experience with software support or IT environments
- You have knowledge of, for example, APIs, databases or integrations
- You can explain technical information clearly
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
