Product Owner-Contract

Job Description

The Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing product requirements to maximize business value and customer outcomes. The role acts as the key link between business and IT stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring that product development aligns with strategic objectives, customer needs, and operational realities.

This Product Owner role is related to two different initiatives (0.5 FTE each):

1. Proactive Management (0.5 FTE)

   Product Owner role for a new development team (2 FTE) focused on Proactive Management. The goal is to develop multiple use cases to proactively inform customers based on relevant data triggers from source systems and business logic on the N8N platform, such as roaming cost and bill shock scenarios, to reduce or deflect customer interactions.

2. Agent-to-Agent Feedback (0.5 FTE)

   Product Owner role for a new React development team (3 FTE) focused on delivering a portal for 1750 service agents to capture and submit feedback to other agents in cases such as:

• Sharing individual compliments from customers or agents
• Sharing feedback about incorrect answers given to customers or incorrect processes followed, to prevent future impact
• Manager flow to validate and approve feedback before sending to the recipient
• Agent and manager dashboards to view insights about sent and received feedback, including classification

Key Accountabilities

• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure optimal value delivery and delivery commitments
• Provide clear acceptance criteria and make decisions regarding scope and priority
• Work closely with the Agile development team to support planning, refinement, delivery, testing, and acceptance
• Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, IT, customer operations, legal, compliance, finance, and network domains
• Ensure solutions are in line with IT strategy and architecture, and compliant with applicable regulatory, privacy, security, and operational standards
• Manage dependencies across teams, systems, and business functions
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven prioritization and iterative delivery

Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional delivery environments
• Experience in telecommunications, digital platforms, e-commerce, or service operations is strongly preferred
• Experience managing digital products, customer journeys, or operational platforms
• Familiarity with system integration environments and complex stakeholder landscapes
