Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the D365 O2C functional workstream.
- Gather requirements and drive solution design.
- Configure and support Sales, Pricing, Billing, and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Lead workshops, testing, and user training.
- Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support go-live and post-production activities.
- Mentor team members and ensure delivery quality.

Experience
- 10+ years of ERP experience
- 5+ years in D365 F&O
- Experience leading O2C implementations

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven D365 O2C Functional Lead experience.
