Brooks is seeking an eCommerce EMEA Intern to support the Content and AEO team in strengthening and optimizing BrooksRunning.eu.

In this role, your primary focus will be supporting the Content and AEO team in reviewing, organizing, and improving website content, while exploring opportunities to enhance performance through competitor research and insights. As EMEA eCommerce Intern, you will be actively involved in strengthening and optimizing BrooksRunning.eu.

You will gain hands-on experience working within a CMS, learning how to manage and update website content efficiently. You’ll also support the team in organizing workflows through tools like Jira, helping to track tasks, manage priorities, and ensure smooth execution of content updates and optimizations.

A key part of your role will be analyzing competitor activity and translating insights into clear action points to improve content and overall site experience. You’ll contribute to making storytelling more impactful and conversion-driven.

In addition to supporting the content team, you will work closely with the Operations Manager on website projects and enhancements. This includes contributing to site improvements, coordinating updates, and helping bring new features and optimizations to life.

We are looking for candidates available to commit to an internship of 6 months minimum, starting January 2027.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Content and AEO team with reviewing, organizing, and optimizing website content.
  • Work within the CMS to create, update, and publish content, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Help manage workflows via Jira, tracking tasks and supporting efficient team execution.
  • Perform regular QA checks to ensure content accuracy, proper localization, and a smooth user experience.
  • Conduct competitor research and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Support website projects and enhancements alongside the eCommerce Operations Manager.
  • Assist with market research, UGC curation (e.g. Pixlee), and maintaining key landing pages (e.g. Run Hub).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce and Marketing teams to understand the full digital ecosystem.

Your Qualifications

  • University student in the field of business studies and/or marketing.
  • Interest in eCommerce, content, digital transformation, and web development.
  • Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect the dots and find creative solutions to problems.
  • Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to anticipate and react to changing plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional European languages are considered a plus.
  • Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities is a plus, but more importantly, the ability to understand and empathize with the runner in order to develop loyal, engaging relationships with customers and the Brooks community.
  • Embraces and lives the Brooks values.
