Purpose of Role

The Senior Lead, Teammate Relations EMEA is a critical regional role within the EMEA HR organization, responsible for leading and governing the Teammate Relations agenda across EMEA Retail and Corporate populations, ensuring a consistent, fair, confidential and legally aligned approach to teammate concerns, investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution and workplace risk.

This role acts as the EMEA subject matter expert for Teammate Relations and partners closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Payroll, Legal, Retail Operations, Occupational Health providers and local vendors. The role provides expert guidance and governance across complex and sensitive ER matters, while supporting managers and HRBPs with scalable guidance, tools and processes.

In addition, this role will lead the EMEA governance framework for sickness / Leave of Absence processes. This includes designing and maintaining the RACI, country process flows, escalation criteria, manager guidance, dashboards and governance routines across EMEA countries. The role does not own all day-to-day sickness administration, but ensures that the process is clearly structured, legally sound and consistently managed across Retail and Corporate.

The Netherlands sickness process will be operationally outsourced due to the heavier employer obligations in the Dutch market. However, UA will retain internal governance through the Senior Lead, Teammate Relations EMEA, HR Operations, Legal and the Head of HR EMEA.
