You & your role

As Senior Business Analyst IAM, you translate complex business needs into clear designs and practical solutions. You connect business and IT, define the desired future state with the Product Owner and help DevOps teams turn capabilities into secure solutions. You also monitor the quality of work delivered by other Business Analysts and support them in improving their work.

• Translate complex business targets into designs and solution blueprints that align with the chosen business and IT architecture.
• Advise the business, Product Owner and DevOps teams on solutions for authentication, authorisation and employee access.
• Review the work of other Business Analysts and help improve the quality of requirements, processes and designs.

• Translate complex strategic targets into clear designs and solution blueprints, working closely with Product Owners, DevOps teams and other stakeholders.
• Develop solutions across different domains that connect business requirements with security standards and Identity and Access Management capabilities.
• Plan and organise your activities independently within departmental objectives, while safeguarding the quality and progress of business analysis work.

You are also a trusted sparring partner for business stakeholders, the development team and the Product Owner. You follow relevant market and technology developments and use these insights to strengthen your designs and proposed solutions.

You & your talent

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and an academic level of thinking and working in a relevant field.
• CISSP certification.
• Knowledge of implementing authentication, authorisation, user provisioning and single sign-on protocols.
• Strong writing skills.
• Clear and effective communication in English.
• Master-level requirements analysis skills and experience with networking.
