What you are going to do

As a senior Platform Engineer, you contribute end-to-end to the platforms and tooling that support software engineers. Your work directly impacts development speed, quality, and security across the organization. You combine hands-on engineering with a broader product mindset and actively collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve the platform landscape. In this role, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Develop and improve security checks for AWS components, ensuring compliance and robustness
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to understand and address their tooling needs
• Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of development tooling and infrastructure
• Monitor and optimize platform services and development environments
• Contribute to system design, product discovery, operations monitoring, and security controls
• Guide and support the team with your seniority and technical expertise

Who you are

• You have 3-5 years of experience in similar DevOps positions and strong proficiency in AWS technologies
• Solid experience in solution design
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+)
• You love automation and implementing recurring tasks, testing, and security in CI/CD systems
• You have experience with programming in scripting languages, preferably Python and NodeJS
• Bonus points if you are familiar with Kubernetes, OTEL, JMeter, K8s, or ServiceNow
