As the Head of Product, you are the chief visionary and the master builder. You will:

• Crack the Code on Hyper-Growth: Go beyond the obvious. You will dive deep into our data, unearth the root cause of what holds back growth, and unleash brilliant product strategies that exponentially scale our user base without inflating costs.

• Lead the AI Revolution: Harness the power of data and AI to create a banking experience so intuitive, it feels like magic. You will build and drive a strategy that delivers hyper-personalized value and makes our users’ lives radically easier.

• Build a World-Class Product Dynasty: You are the architect of our innovation engine. You will assess, reshape, and scale our Product organization into a world-class, 100-strong force, built for speed, agility, and relentless execution toward our North Star.

• Champion the User's Voice: Be the ultimate advocate for ‘Eva,’ our user. You will own the entire product journey, ensuring we deliver undeniable value at every turn—from a <5-minute signup to continuous, game-changing innovations that prove our worth.

• You are a master strategist with a proven history of building and executing product and data strategies that have conquered B2C or online service markets.
