Working across Risk, Finance, Business, and senior leadership teams, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the bank's risk management capabilities and supporting strategic decision-making.

Your job

The Stress Testing and Recovery & Resolution Planning team sits at the heart of the bank's risk management framework and is part of the Financial Risk Management department. As a senior specialist, you will lead and coordinate bank-wide stress testing activities that inform capital planning, risk appetite setting, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading regulatory and internal stress testing exercises, including the EBA Stress Test and ICAAP
• Driving scenario analyses related to macroeconomic, geopolitical, and strategic developments
• Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Business, and Data teams
• Translating complex analyses into clear recommendations for senior management, risk committees, and regulators
• Identifying opportunities to enhance methodologies, governance, and processes in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape

Your profile

You are an experienced risk professional who combines strong analytical skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. You can confidently move between strategic discussions and detailed analysis, while maintaining a clear focus on delivery and impact.

• Master's degree or equivalent academic background
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Stress Testing, Finance, Consulting, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the regulatory risk framework, including CRR/CRD and EBA Stress Testing Guidelines
• Proven experience leading complex, bank-wide stress testing exercises
• Broad understanding of the various financial and non-financial risk types
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on quality and execution
