If you thrive at the intersection of business and IT and want to make a tangible impact on the bank’s digital transformation, this is the opportunity for you.

Your job

As a Business Developer you will play a key role in shaping and improving digital end-to-end lending processes, with a strong focus on automation through system integrations. You will work within the Bank Assisted Lending Program (BAL), where you contribute to a new digital customer journey and the transition towards a central credit platform. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders such as Lenders, Credit Risk, Contracting, and Operations, and translating these into scalable IT solutions. A key part of your role is to support and drive integrations between systems and enable the decommissioning of legacy applications by delivering the prerequisites for the migration of data and processes. As the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, you will gain deep understanding of the end-to-end corporate credit process while ensuring that integrations and migrations are reliable, efficient, and future-proof.

Examples of day-to-day tasks:

  • Translating roadmap features into user stories with a focus on integration logic, APIs, and business process.
  • Collaborating with DevOps and integration teams to design and implement robust system interfaces.
  • Supporting migration activities, including data validation, reconciliation, and testing.
  • Contributing to test strategy (e.g. integration testing, UAT) to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Creating documentation and visuals to clarify integration architectures and migration approach environment.

Working environment

You will work closely with colleagues from streams such as Integrations, Business Implementation, and Regulatory. Collaboration across teams is essential, especially when aligning on integration dependencies and coordinating migration efforts across systems. At the end of the day, we like to unwind with drinks and socialize. We also offer flexibility for you to work from home or in the office on any other working day. We believe that a healthy work-life balance is essential for you to thrive and succeed in your role.

Your profile

As a problem-solver, you enjoy tackling complex challenges such as system integrations and process complexities. You are able to structure complex landscapes and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You take ownership of challenges and can collaborate effectively with IT teams to deliver integration solutions and migration strategies. You are a connector who brings stakeholders together and ensures alignment across teams involved in change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a related field e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science or Data Analytics.
  • Experience in business analysis and stakeholder management.
  • Affinity with technology, data structures, and system integration concepts (e.g. APIs, data flows, interfaces).
  • Conceptual thinker, you understand complex and abstract processes quickly and are able explain them to others.
  • Experience or strong interest in system integrations and/or data migrations.
  • Ability to understand and structure complex system landscapes and legacy-to-target transitions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, nCino, or similar platforms is a plus.
