What will you do?

As a Manager Operational Transformation, you contribute to the development of Valcon, with an emphasis on the Operational Transformation Capability. You are actively acquiring new projects and you promote the entrepreneurial climate of the organization. You take responsibility for the quality of our work, you organize, lead and monitor projects of individuals and the coherence of those projects. This helps the client improve their business processes.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Managing organizational processes, from the implementation of new technologies and new business models to the optimization of processes.
• Optimizing (customer)processes, including the implementation and acceptance within the organisation.
• Managing and regulating (process) projects
• Managing stakeholders from entire organisations.
• Building and maintaining a relevant network with current and new customers.
• Managing and guiding consultants during projects and in their personal development.
• Co-develop one of the industries in which Valcon is present.

Experience

• A completed Bachelor’s and Master’s degree with a technical or numerical component.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience including experience in consultancy.
• At least 3 years of experience as the responsible manager in a project environment (with a good track record).
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, Process Modeling & Analysis, and Enterprise/Process Architecture.
• Ability to quickly understand client processes and systems
• Strong personality and a real team-player with excellent communication & analytical skills.
• Commercial expertise; experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• You’re fluent in Dutch and English.
