QA/RA engineer

To support our growth, we are looking for a QA/RA Engineer who can take quality and compliance to the next level. A professional who not only understands regulations and standards, but also knows how to apply them effectively in innovative manufacturing environments. In this role, you are not an auditor on the side-lines, but a knowledgeable sparring partner who helps strike the right balance between customer requirements, regulatory compliance, and practical implementation.

With your expertise, you will contribute directly to the reliability and quality of products that are used worldwide and make a meaningful impact on society.

As a contract manufacturer, Demcon Production is the partner for pre-production and the series production of complex systems and innovative products.

What are you going to do?

As a QA/RA Engineer, you ensure that quality and compliance are an integral part of everything we do. You work closely with project teams and production colleagues to make sure that products and processes meet applicable quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Supporting projects from the development phase through to series production, you help teams build quality into their products and processes from the very start. You organize and facilitate audits, monitor the implementation of improvement actions, and actively contribute to the further development of our Quality Management System (QMS). In addition, you analyze quality-related issues, identify root causes, and initiate improvement projects to strengthen processes in a sustainable way. You also review quality-related documentation and support the establishment and implementation of quality agreements with customers and suppliers.

As a pragmatic sparring partner, you translate regulations and standards into practical, workable solutions and help colleagues make the right decisions. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to reliable production processes and high-quality products that create impact around the world.

What do you bring to the table?

You are analytically strong, work in a structured manner, and are energized by improving processes. At the same time, you know how to engage and support others in matters of quality and compliance without losing sight of practical realities.

In addition, you bring:

• Experience with QA/RA processes in a technical, high-tech, or regulated environment;
• Knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and compliance-related topics;
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Whys, CAPA, and 8D;
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
