Join Stryker on a permanent contract as a Senior Lead HRIS Analyst, UKG.

The Senior Lead HRIS Analyst serves as the functional and technical expert for UKG Workforce Management, supporting timekeeping and leave management processes across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, supporting business operations, managing enhancements, and driving continuous improvement of UKG solutions. The individual will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Audit, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize processes, resolve complex system issues, and support ongoing product releases and roadmap planning. The role will lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, production support, and adoption of new UKG capabilities while maintaining alignment with enterprise HR technology strategy.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG (Kronos) timekeeping and leave management, providing functional and technical support to HR/business users and support teams, with a focus on European timekeeping and leaves functionality.
  • Own production support and live-site stability by serving as the escalation point for complex UKG issues, driving root cause analysis, resolution, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Recommend and implement business process, reporting, and system changes that improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.
  • Evaluate UKG releases and new functionality (weekly, monthly, and twice-yearly), assessing impacts and providing recommendations for adoption within the change control process.
  • Manage the enhancement backlog by evaluating, prioritizing, and delivering system improvements in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Configure, test, and document system, security, and reporting changes, defining tangible test use cases that align technology output to business objectives.
  • Perform feasibility assessments of system/report modifications and enhancements, ensuring alignment with HRIS enterprise strategy and anticipating cause-and-effect impacts across integrated systems.
  • Identify security issues/risks and provide solutions, while supporting audit activities and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with business users, business-facing HR, and HR COE teams, and provide consulting and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Create and manage reporting, data visualizations, and user interfaces, and train/educate users across the organization to enable best use of the system and reports.

Who we want:

  • Service-oriented professionals who take ownership of system stability, issue resolution, and end-user experience.
  • Continuous improvement practitioners who proactively identify enhancement opportunities and drive adoption of new functionality.
  • Relationship builders who partner across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Compliance, and business teams to support ongoing operations.

What you will need:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 6+ years of HRIS experience required, with a focus on supporting production/live environments.
  • Experience supporting timekeeping or leave systems, such as UKG (Kronos), strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.

Preferred

  • 3+ years supporting UKG Workforce Management (or an equivalent timekeeping and leave management platform), ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience.
  • Experience with UKG configuration, security, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting global / European timekeeping and leave processes.
  • Experience with release management, tenant/environment maintenance, and change governance.
  • Experience with Boomi integrations.
  • Experience with BIRT report creation, data visualization, and workforce analytics.
