We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader Import to lead a team of ocean freight professionals in Rotterdam. If you have a passion for freight forwarding, enjoy developing people, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the Ocean Import team.
• Oversee the end-to-end import process for FCL and LCL shipments.
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
• Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and customs authorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and support the team during busy operational periods.

What we’re looking for:

• Several years of experience in ocean freight forwarding, with a strong focus on imports.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of import documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
