As an Expert for Tintin, Dutch and Traditional Comics, you will manage and curate high-quality auctions for the Netherlands and Belgium region. Your mission is to use your market knowledge and network to create compelling auctions that attract bidders and ensure a fair and transparent experience for sellers and buyers.

By combining commercial insight with subject matter expertise, you will strengthen the quality, relevance, and performance of your auctions.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and arrange comic book lots submitted by users, ensuring quality and relevance
  • Create attractive and engaging lot listings on a weekly basis
  • Review lot titles, descriptions, and images, and provide accurate value estimates
  • Maintain fairness and transparency by accepting or rejecting submissions in a professional manner
  • Curate auctions that attract bidders and drive strong performance
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to attract new sellers and diversify the auction selection
  • Partner with the Marketing team to increase bidder attention and engagement

What You’ll Bring

  • Passion and expertise in Comics, with strong knowledge of the industry
  • Excellent commercial skills, including proven negotiation and relationship-building experience
  • Strong network within the Comics industry
  • Ability to work autonomously and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Good computer skills
  • Good command of Dutch and English, preferably French
