Marketing & Automation Specialist

At AVICLAIM, we combine technology, data, and operations to help air passengers claim the compensation they are entitled to. As we continue to grow, we are constantly looking for smarter and more scalable ways to improve our marketing, systems, and customer journeys. We are looking for a Marketing & Automation Specialist to help drive AVICLAIM’s digital growth.

What you will do

You will play an important role in optimizing and scaling AVICLAIM’s digital operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns and exploring other channels
• Coordinating external developers and digital projects
• Improving funnels, automations, and customer journeys
• Analyzing performance data and identifying growth opportunities
• Building AI flows, supporting digital optimization and process improvements

You will work closely with management and have significant ownership over growth and automation projects.

What we’re looking for

• You speak English and at least one other European language
• You are commercially minded, highly proactive, and comfortable working independently
• You are structured and communicative
• You are curious about international markets, digital business
• Experience in business development, international expansion, or partnerships, is a strong plus
• Bonus points if you have experience in startups or scale-ups and understand digital marketing or SEO
