Your role

As a technical software engineer, you'll play a key role as part of our inspection systems team, contributing to every phase of development, from ideation and stakeholder discussions to creating solutions and deploying them in the field. We're looking for someone who brings both creative and analytical thinking, can integrate hardware with software, and leverages measurement data to deliver practical benefits to end users.

What you will do:

  • Solve complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions for inspection systems;
  • Collaborate with experts in R&D, electrical, mechanical, and software engineering to develop advanced inspection solutions;
  • Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to deployment and field testing;
  • Integrate hardware components—such as lasers, cameras, ultrasonic probes, and robotics—into robust software solutions;
  • Benefit from a supportive atmosphere that encourages experimentation, learning, and innovation.

What we expect from you

  • A degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience;
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a collaborative mindset;
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and advanced algorithms, including geometric algorithms.

Additional points

  • Proficiency in C# (version 12/14) and .NET (8/10);
  • Willingness to travel to offshore locations around the world for deployment and testing when required.

What we offer

You will contribute to cutting-edge projects at the forefront of offshore technology. Be part of a small, agile team with creative freedom and multidisciplinary collaboration. Thrive in a culture that values hands-on innovation and a commitment to quality.

You can expect:

  • Competitive industry benchmarked salary and excellent pension;
  • Performance based salary raises and bonuses;
  • 30 holidays days per year, flexible working hours;
  • Extensive training and development programme, study budgets and coaching;
  • A close-knit community, BBQ’s, parties and Friday afternoon drinks.
