Factor_ is a ready-to-eat meal delivery service focused on fresh-prepared food. Weekly rotating menus are chef-prepared and approved by nutrition specialists, making mealtime simple and stress-free while providing convenience without compromise. Every Factor_ meal is made from scratch using only the freshest premium ingredients. The Factor_ brand has teams across North America and Europe and currently delivers to residents in North America, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands and Belgium, with plans to expand to other European countries in the future.

The role

Factor Europe is scaling rapidly, and we are looking for a Sr. Manager, Menu Operations & Analytics to optimize the performance of our weekly menu plan and surrounding processes.

This is a data-driven, hands-on building role. You will decide what tools, systems, and processes are needed to optimize weekly processes, and use AI tools to develop and improve them. You’ll be the ultimate owner of the weekly product cycle, optimizing the menu for maximal engagement and retention of customers, while simplifying and automating as much of the internal process as possible.

Whether you’re an analytical supply chain expert who wants more exposure to product and customer, a systems thinker who loves building and improving processes, or a technical generalist who wants to push the boundaries of what’s newly possible with AI, this is a chance to supercharge one of Europe’s fastest-growing food-tech brands.

What you’ll do

Build the tools and automate the work

  • Automate meal onboarding. Take the concept-to-launch process apart, find unnecessary and manual steps, and eliminate or automate them to improve speed to market. Expect to build software and write scripts to get there.
  • Own and extend the Product tool stack. Take existing tools and improve them, consolidate them, and build what’s missing. Build systems that survive without you in the room.

Optimize menu performance

  • Improve the menu planning model. Refine the models that architect the weekly menu, optimizing for customer engagement and retention within real constraints: seasonality, cost targets, production capacity, etc.
  • Find out what actually drives outcomes. Run correlation and driver analysis on which menu attributes genuinely move engagement and retention.
  • Model the commercial impact. Understand and forecast how menu decisions affect cost per meal and profitability, and course-correct early.

Own the weekly menu cycle

  • Translate customer data into action. Own the weekly menu review, turning customer ratings and qualitative feedback into insights the Culinary and Kitchen Operations teams can act on.
  • Run the process reliably. Ensure menus are built and uploaded on time, coordinating across R&D, Supply Chain, and Production as needed.
  • Own recipe/menu data quality. Challenge data hygiene practices and implement the processes and controls that ensure data is complete and accurate.

Who you are

  • A builder: You are comfortable with ambiguity. You don’t need a playbook to be effective; you are excited to write it.
  • Data-obsessed: You’re fluent enough to query and QA data yourself, and can create data visualizations that separate signal from noise.
  • A systems thinker: You don’t just fix a problem; you fix the process that allowed the problem to happen.
  • Structured and process-oriented: You can quickly spot the bottlenecks in a process and picture the improvements concretely enough to build toward them; you love creating issue trees and driving to the root cause of problems.
  • AI-native: You’re on the cutting edge of what tools are available and have built things beyond what your formal background should allow.
  • High agency: You don’t get stuck easily: you ask why, you find workarounds, and you hustle to keep the project on track.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in Product/Business Operations, Analytics, Management Consulting, or Operational Excellence. Experience in FMCG, E-Comm, or Food-Tech is a plus.
  • Scale exposure: You have a track record of transitioning manual, spreadsheet-based processes into automated, scalable systems.
  • Technical toolkit: Advanced in Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency with SQL is required; experience with Python is an advantage.
  • AI experience: You should have numerous examples of what you’ve built with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or equivalent).
  • Stakeholder management: Proven ability to influence leaders across different departments and geographies.
