Your Role

As Process Performance Analyst, you’ll strengthen WTT’s remote operational expertise by monitoring, analyzing, and improving biological and process performance across global facilities. You’ll provide actionable insights based on operational data, support customers remotely, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficiency and predictability in plant operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Daily monitoring of operational data for WTT plants and identifying deviations or risks.
  • Evaluating mass balance, organic degradation, throughput indicators, and biological stability.
  • Providing remote troubleshooting and advising customers on corrective actions.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly process reports with clear KPIs and improvement proposals.
  • Supporting Field Service and Commissioning teams with process expertise during start-ups.
  • Contributing to the development of dashboards, templates, and process documentation.
  • Collaborating with Convertus operations to exchange best practices and optimize performance.

What do we expect from you?

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in an industrial engineering environment or related sector.
  • A Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, Sustainable Energy, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required; conversational German is an asset.
  • Experience with SCADA data is an asset.
  • Ability to interpret mass balance, process KPIs, and operational parameters.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced level), reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical findings into clear, practical advice for customers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with international teams and clients.
  • Comfortable presenting reports and recommendations to both technical and executive audiences.
