At WTT, we build high-tech installations all over the world to process organic waste.

Your Role

As Financial Controller you have a versatile and responsible position. You will be responsible for, among other things:

  • The monthly closing and overseeing project reporting and registrations.
  • Preparing the cash-flow forecast and informing project leaders about invoicing.
  • Handling tax, ICP and CBS returns.
  • Checking the project reports of project managers.
  • Producing ad-hoc analyses and financial reports.
  • Possibly taking on payroll administration as well.

In addition, we have several projects that can be handled independently, such as:

  • Post-calculations for service assignments.
  • Improving insight into the reliability of estimates and forecasts.
  • Further automation of, among other things, VAT processes.

You will join a compact and driven finance team of three people: you as Financial Controller, a financial employee, and the Manager Finance. You will also work closely with project managers, procurement and HR.

What do we expect from you?

  • A completed higher professional education (HBO) in business economics, accountancy or SPD.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and a precise working method.
  • Good command of the Dutch language.
  • You work independently but also enjoy collaboration.
  • You are analytical, efficient and communicative, and you support colleagues and departments with your financial knowledge.
