IT support intern

Join TomTom as an IT support intern and help deliver a seamless user experience for employees across the company.

• You will install and prepare computers and software for new employees and help provide them with the best experience possible.
• You will support TomTom employees with daily hardware and software issues.
• You will manage some user accounts in Active Directory.
• You will help internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking systems.
• You will align with other Support Engineers across different regions as part of the global team strategy.

What you'll need

• You are a student in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Programming, or a related field.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have troubleshooting skills and are eager to learn.
• You are enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship.
• You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.

• This position is fully on-site, so you should be able to come to the Amsterdam office around 5 times a week.
