Job Description

As a MarCom Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies that drive portfolio growth, accelerate successful product launches, and deliver compelling customer experiences across channels and markets.

Your role:

  • Drive the strategic planning and execution of marketing communication initiatives for assigned product, solution, and service portfolios, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Business Marketing, Sales, Regional Marketing teams, Global Business Units, and external stakeholders to develop impactful campaigns, support product launches, and enhance market presence.
  • Lead the adaptation and execution of annual marketing plans, leveraging customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to create differentiated value propositions and effective communication strategies.
  • Ensure successful delivery of new product introductions and launch campaigns by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and optimizing execution across regions.
  • Develop and implement omni-channel marketing programs that support customer decision journeys, increase engagement, and strengthen portfolio positioning across key target audiences.
  • Optimize global marketing assets, content, and campaign materials to ensure relevance for local markets, customer segments, and channel requirements.
  • Analyze campaign performance, category trends, customer insights, and market data to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Lead and support the planning and execution of events, congresses, trade shows, and customer engagement activities, while building and maintaining relationships with KOLs to strengthen thought leadership, brand visibility, and commercial impact.

You're the right fit if:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Event Planning/Management, Thought Leader Engagement, Marketing Technology, Healthcare, Medical Technology, or related commercial marketing functions.

Skills: Strong project management, campaign execution, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and go-to-market planning skills with experience working across multiple channels and cross-functional teams preferably in the healthcare domain.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Product Management, or an equivalent field.

Anything else: A customer-centric mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and experience collaborating effectively across regional and global organizations.
