AFAS Specialist

Role overview

Triodos is looking for an AFAS specialist to join the HR application maintenance team. You will maintain the AFAS setup and integrations to ensure a great co-worker experience while safeguarding compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to co-workers and HR colleagues with technical questions and perform issue resolution.
• Provide input to key projects from an AFAS perspective, such as the implementation of an international HR system.
• Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Troubleshoot, maintain systems, support users, and perform system upgrades, testing, and related documentation.

Candidate profile / Requirements

• 5+ years of experience configuring AFAS and integrations with other systems.
• Extensive experience with pay components in AFAS.
• Experience with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
• Experience with system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Self-aware, holistic thinker, and conscious of impact on society, environment, and economy.
• The submitted documents, i.e. resume and motivation letter, must be submitted in English.
• The candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment.
• All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid passport or ID card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment.

Team and collaboration

You will cooperate closely with colleagues in the HR application maintenance team and other HR Service Delivery teams (HR Officers, HR Data and Payroll), as well as with IT and HR specialist teams.
