Traineeship B2B Marketing Consultant

At SPOTONVISION, you get the chance to explore where your true passion lies as a trainee. During your first seven months, you’ll learn on the job through client projects and take part in our in-house Academy.

The Academy includes additional B2B training and weekly reflection sessions on your learning experiences. We focus on both hard skills, like setting up a marketing campaign, and soft skills, such as delivering a strong presentation during a workshop.

At the same time, you’ll work on a variety of client projects, such as buyer persona research, journey mapping, account-based marketing, and content strategy.

You will be a perfect match if:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or marketing.
• You are interested in B2B.
• You are creative and analytical, keen to unravel complex challenges.
• You get energy from automating processes with technology and AI.
• You are proactive, engaged and have a positive attitude.
• You have a focus on personal growth and are ambitious to achieve results.
• You are a team player and always ready to help your clients and colleagues.
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in both Dutch and English.
