Shape the new integration platform behind Customer Data and support the CRM modernization program. In this role, you own the MuleSoft platform and the shared infrastructure and services that enable a secure and scalable foundation for data engineers, data scientists, DQ and DevOps teams.

You & your role

In the upcoming years, you directly work on building a new integration platform for the MDM platform within the Customer Data domain using MuleSoft. This will enable teams within the bank to connect and integrate their existing applications and new applications like Salesforce as part of the CRM modernization program. This empowers the bank initiative on Customer 360, MDM, Salesforce integration, event streaming, and analytical/ML workloads.

As Engineer, you design and build the secure, automated, cloud-based infrastructure that enables Data and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integrations.

Top responsibilities

  • Administer and manage the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across multiple environments: Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
  • Configure and maintain Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Design Center, Monitoring, and Access Management.
  • Manage deployment, configuration, and lifecycle of Mule applications on CloudHub and hybrid runtimes.
  • Manage environment provisioning, configuration, and access controls.
  • Support CI/CD integration and deployment processes across MuleSoft environments.
  • Implement and maintain platform security controls including OAuth 2.0, Client ID Enforcement, JWT, SSO, MFA, and mTLS.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, business groups, and environment-level access.
  • Enforce API governance, security policies, and enterprise compliance standards.
  • Define and maintain MuleSoft platform standards, operational procedures, and best practices.
  • Govern API lifecycle management and asset publication within Anypoint Exchange.
  • Support development teams with platform onboarding, troubleshooting, and operational guidance.
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge repositories.
  • Partner with Integration Architects, Developers, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams.
  • Provide regular platform health reports and operational insights to leadership.

You & your talent

  • Very strong experience administering MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Access Management, and Monitoring.
  • Experience managing CloudHub and Hybrid deployment models.
  • Knowledge of Mule 4.x architecture and integration lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of API security, governance, and policy management.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, messaging platforms, and enterprise integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning skills.
  • Experience supporting CRM and MDM integration ecosystems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to create operational standards, governance frameworks, and support models.
  • Mentoring and knowledge-sharing mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MuleSoft Certified Administrator and/or MuleSoft Platform Architect certifications.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale MuleSoft environments.
  • Exposure to ITIL processes, incident management, and service operations.
  • Experience working in regulated industries with strong security and compliance requirements.
