As Executive Leadership Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to senior executives and their leadership team. You play a critical role in enabling efficient decision-making, seamless collaboration, and effective execution across the business.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You are highly proactive, detail-oriented, and trusted to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

About the role

The impact you’ll make:

Administrative Support

  • Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while ensuring effective prioritization of time and commitments
  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents to support executive decision-making
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and smooth follow-up on key topics
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal as well as external stakeholders

Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, note-taking, and follow-up on actions
  • Support the planning and execution of leadership meetings, business reviews, and company events
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between leadership teams and key stakeholders

Project & Operations Management

  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and accountability
  • Support executives in driving key initiatives and operational priorities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve ways of working and enhance operational efficiency

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Draft, review, and proofread executive communications, presentations, and reports
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Represent executives professionally in meetings and communications when required
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication across leadership teams and stakeholders

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, office management, or similar roles
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives in a corporate environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Teams, or Google Workspace
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
