At Prioticket, we are looking for a proactive, hands-on Project Manager to take ownership of partner projects and bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to an area with significant impact on the business and customer experience.
Prioticket is a leading provider of innovative B2B and B2C solutions in the travel industry, powering seamless distribution and connectivity for attractions and partners worldwide.
👋 Who We Are
At Prioticket, we believe in challenging the norm, celebrating every win, growing sustainably, and making decisions that are both bold and mindful.
🚀 Why Join Us?
At Prioticket, you’ll join a team that values impact, ownership, and continuous improvement. We move fast, learn as we go, and support each other along the way. This is a role where you won’t just run projects, you’ll build processes, define best practices, and leave a lasting mark on how we work with partners.
🎯 About the Role:
A Project Manager at Prioticket is the central point of ownership for new projects with new partners, particularly around Restech, Distribution tech, and more advanced implementations. This is a customer-facing role that also operates deep within the organization, acting as the strategic link between technical teams, onboarding specialists, and client stakeholders.
You will function as a Project Lead within a "mini-team" structure, acting as an analyst who can challenge client requirements and map out exceptional cases before they become bottlenecks. Success in this role requires a blend of commercial savvy, technical curiosity, and the ability to drive momentum in a high-volume environment.
🤝 What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end coordination of complex partner integrations from commercial kickoff to "Go-Live."
- Act as the primary lead for project pods, coordinating with a Technical Counterpart (for API/Integration) and an Onboarding Specialist (for System Setup).
- Proactively analyse partner requirements to identify exceptional cases and technical gaps before the implementation phase.
- Ensure all implementation steps align with commercial agreements and manage expectations regarding feature enablement and timelines.
- Act as the central point of contact, handing off technical points to the API team and configuration tasks to the Onboarding and Content teams.
- Identify dependencies and blockers in the connectivity and product management flow, actively working to resolve them to maintain positive SLAs.
- Help build a scalable framework to manage a high volume of incoming projects effectively.
🌟 What Success Looks Like:
- Partner projects move through the implementation phase with clear ownership and minimal internal escalations.
- Potential technical or commercial blockers are identified and resolved during the planning stage, not during go-live.
- Partners feel challenged and supported, resulting in high-quality integrations that require minimal post-launch fixes.
- The "mini-team" structure functions as a well-oiled machine, with clear handoffs between project management, technical, and onboarding roles.
🙋 What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years in Project Management or Implementation, specifically handling technical B2B integrations.
- You are more than a coordinator; you are an analyst who can "de-bug" a project plan and spot logic gaps.
- Comfortable discussing API connectivity and technical capabilities with product teams (you don't need to code, but you must speak the language).
- Excellent English skills, with the confidence to challenge both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously without losing sight of the commercial goal.
- Comfortable in an environment where processes are being optimized and roles are evolving.
🙋 Bonus Points if you have
- Experience in Travel Tech, SaaS, or Distribution platforms.
- Proven experience in managing "mini-team" or "pod-based" project structures.
- Familiarity with Jira and HubSpot workflow automation.
- A background in business analysis or commercial strategy.
