Marketing Automation Specialist at 100procent
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will take on a versatile and responsible role.
What will you be doing?
- Set up and execute campaigns for a variety of clients, ensuring optimal execution of all planned activities.
- Optimise campaigns using data analysis and continuous improvements to increase performance.
- Maintain client relationships and work towards shared goals by actively advising and supporting clients.
- Contribute creatively to strategies and campaigns by bringing in innovative ideas that surprise and engage clients.
- Monitor planning and deadlines to ensure project goals are delivered on time and with high quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve campaigns and develop new ideas together.
- Provide reporting and feedback to clients on campaign progress and results.
What we’re looking for in a colleague
- At least four years of experience with marketing automation software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Bloomreach, Adobe Digital, Blueconic, or similar tools.
- A client-focused mindset and a strong drive to deliver the best possible results.
- The ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
- A combination of data-driven insight and creativity to develop high-performing campaigns and content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
- A proactive, resourceful, and flexible attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Motivation to keep learning and continue developing yourself — and your colleagues.
- Experience with design and/or knowledge of HTML is considered a plus.
