Senior Manager Platform & Prototypes

As a Senior Manager within frog’s Platforms & Prototypes team, you will lead customer data, MarTech, CX-Tech, and AI-driven transformation initiatives for leading organizations. You will bridge business strategy, customer value, and technology by guiding multidisciplinary teams and helping clients realize measurable impact through customer-centric innovation.

What you’ll be working on

• Leading customer experience, MarTech, and AI transformation programs from strategy through execution, advising clients on platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, and Google.
• Designing and launching data-driven digital propositions, including loyalty programs, direct-to-consumer subscriptions, and MVP-led innovation initiatives.
• Driving GenAI adoption by prioritizing use cases, embedding responsible AI practices, and enabling real-time decision-making across marketing, sales, and service journeys.
• Managing commercial engagements, supporting business development, shaping proposals, defining project scope, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Coaching consultants and senior consultants while fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Working on projects such as reimagining personalization for a major Dutch retailer, designing GenAI-native marketing operating models, and implementing scalable multi-cloud MarTech ecosystems for international financial services organizations.

Your profile

You have:

• 8-10+ years of experience leading CX, MarTech, customer data, AI/GenAI, loyalty, or digital transformation projects and programmes.
• A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, combined with experience in consulting and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience building or leading the development of innovative digital platforms, products, prototypes, or emerging technology solutions from concept through implementation.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills, with experience managing workstreams, project teams, and client relationships.
• An understanding of emerging AI capabilities and a willingness to continuously learn, apply, and critically assess AI-driven solutions in your work.
• Experience leading proposals, bids, RFPs, and client pitch contributions, helping shape innovative offerings, building trusted client relationships, and delivering new bookings of 1m per annum.
