What you are going to do

• Extend functionalities of the current Salesforce module
• Manage the business-side implementation of the Salesforce Claims Module
• Improve documentation, governance, controls, auditability and operating procedures
• Train a successor and ensure structured handover of responsibilities

Who you are

• Experienced Product Owner, Business Owner, Application Owner, or Salesforce Business Lead
• Strong experience managing business requirements and product backlogs
• Demonstrated experience driving business adoption and process change
• Strong governance, risk, and control awareness
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Who you will work with

You will interact with business teams, IT, Finance, external salesforce developers.
