From running channels on Google, Meta, and TikTok to refining attribution models, your work directly fuels our revenue. What You’ll Do

• Set and execute short- and long-term media strategies that align with clear business goals.
• Drive paid and organic campaigns to improve overall performance and ROAS.
• Partner with our marketing team and agencies to launch high-impact paid, affiliate, creator, and referral campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results and report on overall marketing performance.
• Work with our data analytics team to improve forecasting and attribution models.
• Build always-on, promo flash deal, and brand campaigns that boost bookings.

What You’ll Have

• You have a proven track record driving marketing strategies in a D2C business, like hospitality or fashion.
• You have around 5 years of experience within digital marketing.
• You bring hands-on experience running campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok self-serve platforms.
• You have strong project management skills to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• You bring a good understanding of marketing effectiveness tools, including Digital Attribution and MMM models.
• You have an analytical mindset and love turning performance insights into clear communication.
• You bring the flexibility to work hybrid at our Amsterdam HQ at least two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
