Career opportunity at BDR Thermea Group

Are you ready to support pricing excellence on a global scale? Are you an expert analyst with a passion for enabling growth through smart and consistent data-driven strategies? Do you enjoy working in a fast-changing, international environment where your work has a real business impact?

As a Senior Sales & Pricing Analyst – Spares at BDR Thermea Group, you’ll play a crucial role in building spares sales and pricing excellence across our global markets. You can really make a difference.

Your mission

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing spare parts pricing, supporting spares sales, and turning complex datasets into strategic value. You will take ownership of end-to-end pricing execution and bring clarity to commercial dynamics and process flow across diverse European markets. You will bridge the gap between raw data, sales operations, and decision-making by exploring business ecosystems, identifying growth levers, and delivering actionable insights that directly impact performance.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape a key business area while working closely with international colleagues across the organization.

About the team

You’ll be an integral member of the High-Growth Spares Division, reporting to the Group Sales and Pricing Manager - Spares at BDR Thermea Group’s office.

At BDR Thermea, the Spares business represents approximately €250 million in revenue and stands as one of the most profitable segments of the company. Currently, BDR Thermea is undertaking a major transformation of its global Spares operations to support ambitious growth targets and strengthen market leadership.

You’ll join a lean, international team with a strong focus on data, performance, and execution. This role will be essential in shaping and deploying the new global pricing strategy. With a newly implemented pricing process in place, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership, bring your expertise to life, and support local markets in driving value and growth. You will work closely with pricing, sales, marketing, finance, and portfolio management teams both centrally and across local markets.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze and refine pricing frameworks to optimize regional pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with Group financial targets
  • Execute new spare parts pricing allocation
  • Identify profitability and margin levers by diving into sales transaction data to uncover leakages, evaluate potential, and propose value-capture initiatives
  • Map and optimize processes by analyzing sales workflows, pricing requests, and special pricing to streamline execution
  • Turn data into strategic insights by navigating unstructured multi-country datasets to track KPIs, build predictive performance models, and generate decision-ready commercial intelligence
  • Collaborate across functions, partnering with stakeholders across geographies and functions, serving as the bridge between data teams, sales operations, and regional leadership
  • Drive data integrity and clarity, ensuring precise, high-standard deliverables and maintaining strict accuracy across pricing models, commercial dashboards, and analytical frameworks

What you bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Data Analytics
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Business Analyst, Pricing Analyst, or Sales Controller, preferably in an international industrial or distribution environment
  • Pricing and commercial acumen, including a solid grasp of margin management, cost-plus pricing, discount structures, and elasticity principles
  • An autonomous and curious mindset, with a natural drive to independently seek out information, dissect process flows, and understand complex ecosystems
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with proven ability to structure ambiguous or complex datasets into clear, value-generating business insights
  • Versatile communication skills, with the ability to build trust and align stakeholders from various geographies or backgrounds
  • Bonus points for experience in HVAC, spare parts, or technical products
