As the world's number one integrated tourism business, TUI Group is seeking a Crew Support Team Leader to join our airline operations. Within this pivotal role, you'll lead a dedicated team of experts responsible for the administrative operations of our Cabin Crew across Belgium, Morocco & The Netherlands. Working within our Customer, Cabin and Inflight Services function, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency and innovation while ensuring the smooth functioning of the Crew Support Specialist & Crew Support Coordinator team.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Lead a team of specialists to enhance operational efficiency while promoting a positive work environment focused on training, development, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee cabin crew performance through daily feedback, weekly trend analyses, and monthly KPI reports with actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Manage cabin crew communications, data sharing, and contract administration in line with company and collective agreements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing procedures, ensuring compliance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing innovative technologies.
  • Act as first contact for cabin crew queries while coordinating events and initiatives that foster a strong sense of community.
  • This role operates on a hybrid working basis in line with local working agreements. Regular travel will be required to connect with teams and stakeholders across various locations.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have strong leadership qualities with the ability to promote a positive change culture focused on colleague engagement.
  • You're resilient and organised, able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment while taking pride in your work.
  • You're an excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management experience and strong analytical skills.
  • You understand the operational needs of cabin crew while balancing business priorities, with a strong interest in safety, commercial and operational processes.
  • You're IT literate with good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse remote team.
  • You have advanced proficiency in English and Dutch, with previous cabin crew experience or an aviation background being a valuable advantage.
