At Basic-Fit, our HR technology landscape is as fast-moving as the business itself. As our HR Business Process Owner, you're the link between HR and the Workday team — turning HR needs into clear requirements and helping shape how our processes run across the organization.
You'll work closely with HR stakeholders across countries, the Workday product team, and our technical specialists, translating business needs into practical solutions. From gathering requirements to running the first tests on new functionality, and from implementing global changes in local markets to training local HR teams, you keep overview and make sure HR's voice is heard in every Workday decision. If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity and connecting people and process, this role is for you.
