Within Business Finance, we act as trusted partners to the business, enabling sustainable performance through cost transparency, financial planning, data-driven insights, and strong financial governance. We challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and support the business in turning strategy into results.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner for Crew Operations.

Your role

As Finance Business Partner for Crew Operations, you will support one of the most critical functions within Allseas: ensuring our vessels are staffed with the right people, at the right time, and at the right cost.

You will partner closely with Crewing, Vessel Management, Human Resources, and Operations leadership, providing financial insight and decision support that enables effective workforce planning, cost management, and operational performance.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping stakeholders understand financial impacts, challenge assumptions, evaluate opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Business Partnering & Decision Support

  • Partner with Crew Operations and Vessel Managers to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Challenge assumptions and support management in making informed decisions.

Financial Planning & Performance Management

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Monitor financial performance and analyse variances against budget and forecast.
  • Provide timely insights into cost drivers, trends, opportunities, and risks.

Cost Transparency & Reporting

  • Deliver reliable and business-relevant financial reporting.
  • Develop and enhance management dashboards and performance analyses.

Process Improvement & Financial Governance

  • Safeguard data integrity and compliance with financial standards and policies.
  • Identify and implement improvements in end-to-end business processes, systems (SAP, PowerBI)

What we expect from you

You are curious, analytical, and eager to understand how the business operates. You enjoy working with stakeholders across different disciplines and can translate complex data into practical business insights.

You also have the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and help drive positive change.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Business Finance, Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
  • Experience in a project-driven, engineering, offshore, maritime, or international environment is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and challenge constructively.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
  • Strong affinity with digital reporting solutions and data analytics.
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

What we offer

At Allseas, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on both operational and financial performance within one of the most innovative companies in the offshore energy industry. This highly visible role offers broad exposure to senior leadership across Operations, Crew Management, Human Resources, and Finance, allowing you to influence key business decisions and contribute to the successful execution of our global operations.

You will be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and forward-thinking environment that values initiative, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
