Quality Assurance Specialist

Cencora recherche un Quality Assurance Specialist pour soutenir son activité de logistique tierce pharmaceutique en Europe via Alloga.

Ce poste vise à soutenir le fonctionnement efficace et l’amélioration continue du système de gestion de la qualité dans un environnement 3PL pharmaceutique. La personne retenue contribuera à garantir que toutes les activités sont réalisées conformément aux normes GDP/GMP applicables, aux procédures internes, aux exigences des clients et aux obligations réglementaires pertinentes.

L’objectif du poste est de veiller à ce que les activités de logistique pharmaceutique et les services associés soient réalisés conformément aux procédures internes, aux exigences des clients et aux normes réglementaires applicables, tout en favorisant l’amélioration continue et la sensibilisation à la qualité dans l’ensemble de l’organisation.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, perform, and report internal audits of systems and processes
• Support and coordinate external audits by customers, suppliers, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities
• Conduct or support supplier audits and follow up on audit findings.
• Monitor non-conformances, complaints, CAPAs, and improvement actions
• Identify quality risks and support the implementation of corrective and preventive measures
• Maintain and improve quality procedures, work instructions, and the quality manual
• Support document control and the management of quality records and data in relevant systems
• Provide quality-related advice to operational departments and support process improvements
• Develop or deliver training materials to promote quality awareness and compliance
• Communicate quality, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the organization
• Represent QA in contacts with customers, suppliers, auditors, and regulatory bodies, as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level through experience, preferably in pharmacy, life sciences, quality, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a QA role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, logistics, or 3PL sector
• Experience with process automation or data management using current automation tools, such as Power BI, is required
• Knowledge of GDP, GMP, and applicable pharmaceutical quality standards
• Experience with audits, deviations, CAPA, document control, and quality systems is preferred
• Experience working with computerized systems within a regulated environment is preferred
• Experience in preparing and delivering training programs is preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, accurate, and solution-oriented
• A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, is required
• Basic knowledge of the Dutch language and effective communication skills in Dutch are preferred
