Today, more than 250,000 companies trust Mollie’s all-in-one platform to get paid, manage money and grow on their terms. Simple, scalable and built with real businesses in mind.
Mollie is one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs, with 900+ employees across 12+ locations. The company moves fast, builds with purpose and cares deeply about its customers. You’ll have the freedom to create and the trust to deliver.
Your impact
In the world of Executive Support at Mollie, no day is the same. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others succeed, enjoys keeping things structured, and loves wearing many hats.
Mollie is building for the future, and at the heart of this next evolution is the Product & Delivery organisation — the engine driving innovation, speed, and commitment to product development excellence. As the company scales, these teams are tasked with shipping world-class products faster and smarter than ever before.
As the Executive Business Partner to the CPO, you will act as the organisational glue that keeps product and engineering teams aligned, focused, and executing at pace.
You will be the connecting factor and trusted partner across the broader Product & Delivery Leadership team, ensuring the CPO and team stay focused, aligned, on track and moving forward as Mollie executes its ambitious vision.
An Executive Business Partner is the ultimate generalist: a unique blend of an Executive Assistant and a Project Manager. You’ll balance people-oriented focus with operational, tactical and strategic work.
From managing priorities and keeping leadership accountable, to meeting hygiene, workshops, and executive communications, you bring structure where needed, clarity when it’s missing, and calm in the middle of complexity, all while building strong relationships along the way. You’re comfortable working autonomously.
This role is a strong opportunity for a young professional to kickstart or accelerate a career by shadowing the CPO. You’ll gain direct exposure to high-level product strategy and leadership decision-making during a company-defining growth phase, with opportunities to grow your career within Mollie.
It’s a unique opportunity to make a big impact in a fast-paced, international company while building a strong network with senior leadership.
What you'll ship
Calendar & administration: Provide calendar, travel, and administrative support to keep the CPO organised, focused, and on top of priorities.
Meeting management: Prepare agendas, take notes during key leadership meetings, and ensure actions are followed up. Anticipate what’s needed for decision-making and make sure everyone comes prepared.
Operational excellence & accountability: Manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Coordinate actions with the broader Product Delivery leadership team and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
Executive communications: Manage and reply to emails on behalf of the CPO, and support in drafting executive communications, increasingly supported by AI tools.
Projects & events: Organise and facilitate workshops, leadership offsites, and Craft leadership events to drive alignment and impact, mainly focused on internal projects.
Connector role with a human touch: Be the human link between the CPO, the Product & Delivery leadership team and the wider organisation. Build trust, create strong personal connections and ensure people feel heard and aligned. By combining empathy with structure, you enable smoother collaboration, stronger relationships and seamless information flow.
AI-first working: Champion the use of AI tools in daily work, and support the team in learning how AI can strengthen workflows and business cases.
What you'll bring
3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, or you are a young professional who has just completed a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and wants to kick-start a career.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep multiple priorities on track.
Hungry, proactive and resilient: your attitude and work ethic make the difference.
You work with a strong sense of urgency. Things get done because of you.
Positive, service-minded, and approachable with a flexible mindset and approach; able to switch easily between hands-on tasks and strategic initiatives.
AI-first mindset: you actively look for ways to innovate and make your own — and teams’ — work more effective with the use of new AI tooling.
Clear and confident communicator in English; Dutch is a plus.
Motivated by building face-to-face connections across the company, but comfortable working remotely.
Grow your way

No matter if you're aiming for promotion, exploring a different career path or building new skills, you'll be supported with the tools, trust and opportunities to grow your way.
