For our team in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, we are looking for an enthusiastic QC Analyst Group Coordinator to lead a new team while also being operationally involved in the lab. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic environment where your contributions to the QC team will have a direct impact on helping patients worldwide access a highly innovative new product.

In this position, you will perform chemical tests and ensure the quality of materials and product according to GxP guidelines.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned.
  • Conduct review meetings with team members.
  • Keep track of KPIs and other metrics to ensure the team is running smoothly.
  • Perform maintenance and calibration of HPLC equipment and general laboratory instruments.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the laboratory.
  • Conduct analytical tests, for example: HPLC, pH measurements, Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Bio Burden tests, and Particle Distribution Analysis (PDA).
  • Be responsible for conducting and interpreting NMR analyses.
  • Inspect and verify labels and incoming goods to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Document and report results according to standardized protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in chemistry or related sciences.
  • Experience with NMR, preferably with polymers.
  • Experience with HPLC.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment and knowledge of GxP is preferred.
  • You are proactive and thrive in a dynamic environment.
