Just Eat Takeaway.com is a leading global online delivery platform with a vision to empower everyday convenience. Its tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe.

About this role

As the Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager for International Markets, you will translate a successful sponsored listings model into rapid, profitable growth across diverse geographies. Sitting within the Retail Media team, you will design market-specific plans that balance global consistency with local realities. By driving adoption across Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) and Enterprise segments, you will lead bold solutions, test-and-learn your way to outstanding results, and care for cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market execution for sponsored listings across all international markets, crafting localised, sequenced rollout plans.
  • Design and run structured experiments to validate activation mechanics and messaging across markets, translating learnings into scalable playbooks.
  • Coordinate market readiness across SMB and Enterprise segments, aligning features, pricing, and sales enablement.
  • Partner with local commercial teams to monitor adoption rates, identify barriers, and rapidly iterate on strategies.
  • Build and maintain adoption dashboards to track campaign activation, spend, and performance metrics for leadership.
  • Document best practices and build reusable playbooks to accelerate adoption in subsequent markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Sales to resolve market-specific execution blockers.

What you will bring to the team

  • Hands-on experience with retail media, sponsored listings, or auction-based advertising platforms - you understand CPO/CPC bidding mechanics, campaign performance levers, and how to articulate ROI to partners across SMB and Enterprise segments.
  • Proven track record launching or scaling GTM strategies across multiple markets, with the ability to balance global consistency against local commercial realities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sponsored listings adoption and commercialisation across both SMB and Enterprise audiences - from first activation through to sustained spend growth.
  • An experimentation mindset: you default to hypotheses over assumptions, design tests before scaling, and treat every market rollout as a structured learning opportunity.
  • Strong project management skills - comfortable coordinating parallel market workstreams, tracking activation metrics, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned without direct authority.
  • Sharp commercial acumen - able to read campaign performance data, interpret partner feedback, and translate market signals into actionable GTM decisions.
  • A proactive self-starter mentality, thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the playbook is still being written.

The team works in a dynamic international environment with broad internal collaboration and global impact.
