Do you want to be the link between offshore operations and energy generation, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same? As a Marine Logistics Lead, you play a crucial role in connecting vessels, people and assets across offshore wind operations.

Business Area (BA) Wind

We develop, build and operate our wind farms, both onshore and offshore, to accelerate the growth of sustainable energy.

Qualifications

What will you do?

As a Marine Logistics Lead, you will ensure safe, reliable and efficient offshore logistics operations and have a direct impact on the performance of our wind farms. You will combine day-to-day operational responsibility with contractual and commercial oversight, continuously balancing planning with the realities of offshore operations.

You will:

  • Manage the end-to-end logistics of vessels (CTVs / SOVs) and helicopter operations, from planning through to execution
  • Ensure high standards in Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)
  • Coordinate stakeholders across planning, site operations, procurement, marine logistics and external suppliers
  • Monitor and improve vessel mobilisations and performance, including uptime, fuel consumption and operational delays
  • Manage contractual matters, including claims, breakdowns and vessel replacements
  • Be responsible for documentation and compliance, including customs requirements and dangerous goods regulations (IATA / ADR / IMDG)
  • Support daily offshore operations and respond to unexpected situations, including outside regular working hours

Who are you?

You thrive in a dynamic offshore environment where collaboration, maintaining oversight and problem-solving are key. You understand how maritime operations work and are comfortable taking responsibility in complex situations.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience with offshore vessel operations, marine logistics or shipping
  • Has knowledge of port or vessel operations, for example through a shipping agency or maritime background
  • Combines operational insight with an understanding of contracts, invoicing and claims management
  • Is a strong communicator and skilled at connecting and coordinating different stakeholders
  • Works accurately and in a structured manner, even when situations change rapidly
  • Is proficient in systems such as SAP and MS Office
  • Has a good command of English; Dutch is a big plus
