Do you want to help Naïf grow even more online? Join us and take the lead in making our website and digital campaigns a success across NL, BE, DE and AT.

About Naïf

Naïf’s mission is to change the world of personal care and protect and care for the environment that our children, and their children, will live in. The company makes personal care products that are mild for sensitive skin and less harmful for the planet. Naïf was the first brand to introduce plastic-free wet wipes in the Netherlands and actively campaigns against the use of microplastics in personal care products.

Naïf offers products for babies including diaper cream, plastic-free wipes, shampoo and sunscreen. Its products are made with natural ingredients and without mineral oils, microplastics or SLES.

Your role

Imagine this. It's Monday morning and you open the week with the marketing team: what shipped, what sold best during the weekend, and what matters most this week. A new range goes live on Thursday, so you block time to get the product pages right in all languages: pull the content from our PIM, check how the pages render, set the collection and the internal links. After lunch you go through last week's performance with our Campaign Lead and our media agency, and you decide where the budget goes. Late in the afternoon you review the welcome flow in the CRM-system before it goes live. And it's only Monday.

In September 2026, naifcare.com will be replatformed from a headless setup to a standard Shopify theme, with a new PIM and without an in-house developer. You join right after that. From week one, the store is yours: if a customer can see it, you own it. How the site works, what is on it, how customers are addressed after they buy, and what all of it earns, across NL, BE, DE and AT.

Are you the kind of person who brings structure to chaos and gets the right people involved? Who knows how to bring a brand to life via a digital platform? Do you want to own a webshop end to end instead of a slice of one? Then we’re looking for you!

What you will do:

  • Run naifcare.com across our 4 key markets (NL, BE, DE, AT), handling theme sections, navigation, search, and collection setups.
  • Own product content end to end, from our PIM (Plytix) into Shopify, so every launch is correct, fully localized, and live on time.
  • Own the digital shelf and on-site SEO: product detail pages, category pages, copy that ranks, and the structured data behind it.
  • Keep the site technically healthy: URLs and redirects, page speed, the sitemap, tracking and consent.
  • Own our app landscape and what it costs us: what we run, what it does, what we drop.
  • Keep a ranked improvement list for naifcare.com and work through it: what changes, why, and what it should return.
  • When something does need a developer, you scope it, brief it and check the work.
  • Continuously test and tweak the path to checkout, onsite UX, and A/B tests to turn more visitors into happy customers.
  • Own CRM and loyalty in Klaviyo: flows, segmentation, our newsletter programme and the subscription proposition.
  • Steer paid media (SEA, META, display) together with our Campaign Lead and our media agency. You set the direction and hold the budget to account.
  • Align our promo calendar with the Campaign Lead and trade calendar, making sure every D2C campaign runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Dive into GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, and GSC to spot what’s working, fix what isn't, and present clear monthly updates on what we're changing next.
  • Take pride in the details that keep our operations running smoothly. Double-check your work—code, prices, and promos—before hitting publish. When issues arise, communicate proactively with customer service and finance so issues can be fixed together.

What will you bring?

  • You live our core values: you are honest, curious, open-minded and straightforward. You are creative, dream big, and prioritize people. You take responsibility, even when things go wrong, and share what you learn.
  • You are passionate about our mission and want to help turn the personal care industry upside down.
  • Technically strong, but also know how to balance the marketing and sales scope and importance of the website.
  • At least three years running a webshop, including at least one year hands-on in the Shopify admin as the person responsible.
  • You have taken a store through a theme change, a replatform or a migration, and you can tell us what broke and how you found out.
  • You are at home in the Shopify back end: themes and sections, metafields, markets and languages, redirects, product and collection setup. You can read Liquid and make a small change. You do not need to be able to build a theme from scratch.
  • You work comfortably with product data and feeds (a PIM, Channable, Google Merchant Center or similar) and you understand why getting the data right matters more than making the page pretty.
  • You have run email and CRM yourself in Klaviyo or a comparable tool: flows, segmentation, and knowing when not to send.
  • GA4 and Shopify analytics: you find the answer yourself instead of asking for a report.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. German is a real plus: a quarter of our storefront is German.
  • Nice to have: CRO and A/B testing tools, technical SEO, Google Ads and Meta.
  • Experience in a small team, where you are the person who fixes it.
  • You are available 32 to 40 hours a week from 1 October 2026, and happy to work from our office next to train station Den Haag HS / The Hague Holland Spoor at least three days a week.
