You & your role

As Roadmanager IAM Foundation Agentic AI, you know the secrets of turning early-stage, interdependent initiatives into one sequenced and controlled programme. You coordinate governance, dependencies, stakeholder alignment and vendor procurement, while architects determine the technical direction. In this way, you guide the Agentic Identity and Access Management roadmap from discovery and prototype evidence towards an auditable pilot and operational implementation.

• Turn early-stage initiatives that are being staffed and explored simultaneously into one coherent programme structure.
• Translate evidence from the first prototype phase into a clear build-versus-buy recommendation.
• Connect Identity and Access Management, Security, Data, Business, Risk and Control stakeholders around shared decisions and dependencies.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Maintain one integrated overview of initiatives, milestones, dependencies and risks, enabling Rabobank leadership to make informed decisions.
• Establish programme governance and clear ownership across workstreams that are developing and being staffed at the same time.
• Drive the roadmap from joint discovery through procurement and proof of concept towards a funded, staffed and auditable pilot.

You work closely with architects and senior stakeholders to ensure that decisions in one area do not create unforeseen issues elsewhere. You provide the structure, transparency and coordination needed to turn a new and complex security challenge into an operational programme.

This is what we offer you

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 7,556 and EUR 10,794 (scale 11) for a 36-hour work week.

• Extras: a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.

You & your talent

• At least 10 years of (managerial) experience and experience in project, programme or product management, including managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple senior stakeholder groups and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Academic thinking and work level with preferably a Master degree preferred.
• Extended IAM knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge and experience in (Cyber) Security.
• Comfortable managing dependencies and driving delivery across teams that don't report to you, and translating technical risk into terms leadership can act on.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English, including executive-level briefings, storytelling and decision-support materials.
• Experience with governance, risk management, value realisation and process improvement.
• Familiarity with AI, agentic systems, or digital platform delivery environments.
