What is your role?

In this role, you are the technical lead for the Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services team, with a strong focus on SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. You help define how the platform evolves, influence strategic decisions, and ensure the collaboration environment remains secure, scalable, and ready for the future.

One moment, you are discussing new collaboration needs with business stakeholders. The next, you are shaping governance principles with architects, evaluating the latest Microsoft innovations, or guiding colleagues through complex technical challenges. Your expertise helps translate business ambitions into solutions that deliver lasting value.

You help shape the future of collaboration at Lely by exploring and implementing new capabilities within Microsoft 365, including innovations such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered collaboration experiences.

As the senior specialist within your domain, you create alignment across technologies, processes, and stakeholders. You focus on sustainable improvements, support colleagues in their development, and ensure Microsoft 365 continues to enable effective collaboration throughout the international organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own and continuously improve Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services, with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable, and user-friendly Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Lead governance, architecture, security, and compliance initiatives across the Microsoft 365 landscape.
• Coordinate complex incidents, changes, and releases while safeguarding continuity and service quality.
• Guide and coach Microsoft 365 Specialists and key users, while promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
• Shape the Microsoft 365 roadmap together with business stakeholders, architects, and strategic partners.

What is your experience?

You enjoy connecting technology with the way people work. You understand how to balance governance, security, and user experience, and you feel comfortable advising stakeholders at different levels of the organization. You take ownership, share your knowledge with others, and enjoy turning complex challenges into practical solutions.

Additionally, you bring the following:

• HBO working and thinking level.
• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, adoption, and governance.
• A relevant Microsoft certification, preferably Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
• Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Entra ID.
• Demonstrable experience designing Microsoft 365 environments and translating governance and security principles into a stable, future-proof platform.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Experience coaching colleagues and sharing expertise within a Microsoft 365 team.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Candidates should be based in the Netherlands to support effective collaboration within a hybrid way of working.

Considered a plus:

• Experience working in an international organization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Copilot agents.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, (PnP) PowerShell, and content migration projects.
• Experience designing and delivering user training, workshops, or adoption programs.
• Additional certifications in areas such as Identity & Access, Endpoint Management, Information Security, Compliance, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or ITIL/service management.
