Tricks of the trade

• Research how customers discover brands online and identify opportunities for Picnic to reach them with useful and relevant content.
• Help increase Picnic’s visibility across Google search and AI search.
• Work with developers, designers and copywriters to implement improvements to our website.
• Help optimize existing pages and develop new content that is useful for our customers.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Semrush to measure the results of your work and identify new opportunities.
• Come up with ideas, test them, analyze the results, and use what you learn to make the next improvement. Develop your organic growth expertise over time.

Your superpowers

• MSc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Up to 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Fluent in Dutch and English. French or German is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and performance metrics.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets, Excel or any other data tool to analyze and present insights
• Passionate about using AI to automate, simplify, and improve everyday marketing tasks
• Eager to learn and develop your digital marketing expertise
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong affinity in the consumer retail industry
